Domestic Abuse

Respect is a service aimed at perpetrators of domestic abuse and violence that allow their users to talk in confidence. They provide non-judgmental and honest advice.
Eating Disorders

Beat provide support for people who have or are worried they have an eating disorder, as well as others

An organisation providing help and support to anyone affected by an eating problem such as
anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder. It also provides help for those

Missing People allow you to make a referral of a missing person, and/or receieve confidential support if you are missing a loved one.

Mindline Trans+ is an emotional and mental health support helpline for anyone identifying as
transgender, non-binary, genderfluid. They also support family members, friends, colleagues
and carers.

Papyrus are a charity aimed at the prevention of young suicide. They provide information and helplines for people who are/may be suicidal, and for people who are worried about someone else who is/may be suicidal.
Sexual Assault

Rape Crisis provides confidential emotional support through helplines and webchat services for victims and survivors of sexual violence.

Safeline provide phone helplines, and email services for all survivors of sexual assault. Safeline also provides specialised text and live chat services for male victims of sexual assault.

Sexual Health

Umbrella offers a variety of services revolving around sexual health: STI tests, contraception, alcohol
and substance abuse support and an abuse survivors clinic. They also provide a helpline and an email service.
Substance Abuse

Alcoholics Anonymous provides services offering supports for addicts, specifically for alcoholics. They offer helpline, webchat, and email services.

FRANK offers friendly, confidential advice, support and information about addiction and drug abuse. They offer helpline, text, email and webchat services.

A free, confidential helpline for people aged 25 or under that specialises in ‘Dual Diagnosis’ – “where you suffer from a substance abuse problem and a mental illness at the same time”. Can refer to many other specialist services.
